Every WWE Women’s World Championship Match At Survivor Series Ranked

6. Lita Vs. Mickie James – 2006

Lita’s retirement match was at Survivor Series 2006, a couple of months after her rival Trish Stratus retired as the Women’s Champion. Lita was looking to follow suit as she defended the WWE Women’s Championship against Mickie James. Lita made history by becoming the first woman in WWE history to compete in five Women’s Championship bouts at Survivor Series, breaking the tie of four that she shared with Trish.

This was a competitive Women’s Championship match, but Lita suffered abuse from fans. She became one of the most hated heels in the Ruthless Aggression era. Nevertheless, Lita once again tasted defeat at Survivor Series with a 0-5 losing record, as Mickie regained the Women’s Championship.

5. Charlotte Vs. Paige – 2015

The WWE Divas Championship featured for the final time at Survivor Series in 2015, with Charlotte Flair defending her title against two-time champion Paige. Their Divas Championship match wasn’t an instant classic by any stretch, but it was still a watchable contest.

Unfortunately, the crowd wasn’t interested, and both Charlotte and Paige fed off energy from the fans. The Queen speared Paige off the barricade onto the floor, which was a highlight of the match. Ultimately, Charlotte ensured that her Divas Championship reign wasn’t a flash in the pan as she retained the title with Paige submitting to the Figure Eight.

4. Molly Holly Vs. Lita – 2003

A couple of weeks before Survivor Series 2003, Crash Holly passed away. In her WWE Women’s Championship title defense against Lita, Molly Holly paid tribute to Crash by having “CH” on her sweatband. Moreover, Lita was out of action for 17 months, as she broke her neck while filming Dark Angel. Meanwhile, Lita was looking to claim her first win at Survivor Series and take home her second Women’s Championship.

Lita and Molly delivered an underrated Women’s Championship match. Molly executed the Molly-Go-Round, but somehow Lita kicked out. Furthermore, Molly used underhanded tactics by pushing Lita into the exposed turnbuckle to remain as the WWE Women’s Champion.
