3. The Big Show (2002)
This marked Brock Lesnar’s first-ever appearance at a Survivor Series event, as The Next Big Thing defended his WWE Championship against Big Show. Despite this being his rookie year in the WWE, Lesnar had already compiled an impressive undefeated streak and established himself as a dominant force on the roster.
While the in-ring action wasn’t particularly spectacular, this match stands out due to the compelling story WWE told. Just as Lesnar was about to finish off Big Show, his manager, Paul Heyman, shockingly turned on him by pulling the referee out of the ring.
This allowed Big Show to hit Lesnar on his injured ribs with a Steel Chair and a Chokeslam for the win, handing Lesnar his first loss. Despite the match lasting under five minutes, it was booked perfectly and effectively advanced the storyline.
