Heidenreich proved to be a thorn in The Undertaker’s side as he cost The Undertaker from winning a fifth WWE Championship in Undertaker’s Last Ride match with JBL at No Mercy 2004. A month later, Heidenreich squared off with the Phenom at Survivor Series 2004, and their match was underwhelming. Their 15-minute match was a slog for fans to endure as Heidenreich was not on Undertaker’s level.
Not even Paul Heyman could save Heidenreich’s WWE career under his guidance to be successful. There was always going to be one definitive winner in this bout, with Undertaker seeing off Heyman’s latest client with a Tombstone.
