The female NXT stars are currently thriving in developmental. With the women’s division growing rapidly, there are plenty of female NXT stars who are ready to prove their credibility in WWE’s main roster. Here are some female NXT stars ready for WWE to call them up.

Lola Vice
If someone has shown definite improvement and grown their wrestling abilities and character, it’s Lola Vice. Vice has shown how much work she has put in throughout her training to become a professional wrestler. Her momentum is rising to the top as she recently became the number one contender to the NXT Women’s Championship.
WWE has always seen the potential in Vice, as she was also the winner of the 2023 NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament. This year alone has been all about how much Vice can bring to the table. All summer, Vice has competed in countless events such as World’s Collide, Evolution, and TripleMania.
Regardless of whether she becomes the next NXT Women’s Champion or not, she still has a bright future with the WWE. Vice can join the RAW brand after a call-up. She could reunite with Stephanie Vaquer, her tag team partner at World’s Collide, and ally.
Kelani Jordan
Kelani Jordan is beyond ready to be part of the WWE’s main roster. Becoming the inaugural NXT Women’s North American Champion at the beginning of her NXT career, she’s shown how much she wants to be in the WWE.
Jordan is always eager to accomplish more. She has the heart and desire to reach beyond the stars. She can definitely achieve what she’s seeking when she finally moves to the main roster.
SmackDown would be a great fit for her as she could build herself to main event status. Possibly, she can work a program with current WWE Women’s United States Champion Giulia, a familiar face she worked with in NXT.
Blake Monroe
Although Blake Monroe made her debut in NXT a couple of months ago, she has the chance to become one of NXT’s fastest-rising stars. With her first Premium Live Event victory, she has so much momentum in possibly reaching the main event scene.
Whether Monroe joins RAW or SmackDown, she’ll definitely add some spark to the women’s division. With Monroe’s arrogant heel persona, she can make an impact by targeting the top women’s wrestlers on either WWE’s main shows.
