Sabu Appears on AEW Dynamite

AEW Dynamite has had a newsworthy episode headed into Double or Nothing. First Tony Khan announced the location of the first episode of AEW Collision. Just after that announcement, Sabu made an appearance on AEW Dynamite.

ECW Legend Sabu Appears on Dynamite

Sabu interjected into the contract signing between Adam Cole and Chris Jericho for their match this Sunday at Double or Nothing. Cole had Roderick Strong in his corner, while Jericho had the rest of the Jericho Appreciation Society. Things became heated towards the end of the signing caused Jericho to point out that Cole and Strong were heavily outnumbered.

That was when Cole revealed the ace up his sleeve. He announced that he made a call to a friend in Vegas that was crazier than all five members of the JAS combined. As Cole announced his friend was none other than the Homicidal, Suicidal, Genocidal, Death–Defying Maniac Sabu.

Sabu hit the ring and started to toss chairs as he did many times as part of the ECW roster. The appearance was short-lived, but he made short work of the JAS and helped even the odds for Cole and Strong.

Jericho and Cole will go to battle this Sunday in a no-disqualification match. This marks Cole’s first pay-per-view appearance since his return from injury earlier this year.
