Vikingo Takes on Laredo Kid

El Hijo del Vikingo has made quite an impact since arriving in the United States. He has had memorable performances with AEW, GCW, PWG, and Warrior Wrestling among others. He has captured the Lucha Championship for Warrior Wrestling and has had impressive matches since his arrival in the United States.

The current AAA Mega Champion will put his high-flying athleticism on display against Laredo Kid. Laredo Kid is no stranger to high-flying antics of his own. He comes into this match with about twice the experience in the ring that Vikingo does. Laredo also has experience working with American promotions such as Warrior Wrestling, IMPACT Wrestling, AAW, and GCW among others. He is also coming off of a win in the AAA Men’s Lucha Libre World Cup alongside Black Taurus and Pentagon Jr.

This will be all of the fast-paced and high-flying action that we have come to expect from these competitors. The crowd won’t be in their seats long at the 2023 edition of WRLD on Lucha.

A Main Event Rematch

Gringo Loco and Psycho Clown squared off twice in singles action in 2022. Psycho Clown got the better of both of those matches. One was in GALLI Lucha Libre and the other was in GCW, where Gringo jumped off of a goalpost in a falls count anywhere match.

The two met in tag team twice in AAA in 2022 with Psycho Clown’s team getting the better of both exchanges. Now they will meet one on one for the first time in 2023.

Gringo Loco would love nothing better than to walk away with a big win at his titular event. He has a tough test ahead of him as Psycho Clown is known for being hard-hitting and physical in the ring, and isn’t afraid of getting extreme. Will Gringo even the one-on-one score? Or will Psycho Clown walk away with a victory on April 1st?
