IMPACT Wrestling returns to FITE TV on March 24th as they present Sacrifice 2023. IMPACT World Champion Josh Alexander will be in six-man tag team action with Frankie Kazarian and Rich Swann against Time Machine. Multiple championships will be on the line as the wrestlers of IMPACT look to shake things up before Multiverse United and Rebellion, which are both just around the corner. We will also see a “Busted Open” match as Tommy Dreamer and Bully Ray look to settle their differences on Friday night.
The main card begins at 8 pm eastern with the pre-show starting at 7:30 pm eastern time. The show will be live-streamed on IMPACT Plus and on YouTube for IMPACT Ultimate Insiders. Let’s run down the card for the 2023 edition of IMPACT Wrestling Sacrifice 2023.

- Busted Open Match: Tommy Dreamer vs. Bully Ray
- Deonna Purrazzo vs. Gisele Shaw
- Jonathan Gresham vs. Mike Bailey

Who Will be Busted Open?
This feud between Bully Ray and Tommy Dreamer has been building for a while now. When Bully Ray turned against Josh Alexander, he soon found himself face-to-face with Dreamer. Dreamer accused Ray of doing anything to achieve his goals, no matter who he hurts along the way. Ray responded by saying Dreamer is just jealous of all that Ray has accomplished. The tension between the two built over the weeks on IMPACT on AXS TV to the point where they wanted to get each other out of IMPACT.
At No Surrender they two had a sit down as part of a live version of Busted Open Radio. Bully Ray seemed to be apologizing to Dreamer but quickly attacked Dreamer when the opportunity presented itself. This caused Dreamer to lay out a challenge to Ray. The first one to make their opponent bleed at Sacrifice would win the first-ever IMPACT Wrestling “Busted Open” match. Find out which IMPACT wrestler gets busted open at Sacrifice 2023.
Six-Man Tag Action
Josh Alexander has a busy couple of months ahead of him. On March 30th, he will defend his IMPACT World Championship against KUSHIDA at Multiverse United. If he is successful there he will defend against Steve Maclin at Rebellion. Maclin has been playing mind games with Alexander over the past couple of weeks. Accusing him of aligning with Kazarian and Swann because he feels he is better than them. Maclin came to the entrance ramp during Alexander’s match a couple of weeks ago on IMPACT, again to play mind games with the champ.
This match is interesting as Alexander will square off with KUSHIDA in tag action at Sacrifice before going one on one at Multiverse United. They met in tag team action at NJPW Battle in the Valley last month as well. This is another opportunity to scout each other before they go one on one for the IMPACT World Championship at Multiverse United.
The chemistry advantage should go to Time Machine. Although the trio hasn’t been tagging for too ling, Alex Shelley has plenty of experience tagging with both Chris Sabin and KUSHIDA. Alexander, Kazarian, and Swann have only tagged together a couple of times before this match. Who will walk out with momentum headed into Multiverse United?
