The Briscoe Brothers To Be Inducted Into ROH Hall of Fame

The Briscoe Brothers have been a key part of Ring of Honor’s legacy. The first ROH event – The Era of Honor Begins took place in February of 2002 from the Murphy Recreation Center in Philadelphia. One of the early matchups on the card featured The Amazing Red defeating a young Jay Briscoe, with Mark Briscoe in his corner. Mark, who was 17 at the time, could not compete on the card due to labor regulations in Pennsylvania.

Since then the duo have created an impressive resume in Ring of Honor. Jay is a former ROH World Champion. The duo held the ROH Six-Man Tag Titles once with Bully Ray. They hold the record for the most tag team title reigns in Ring of Honor with 12. The Briscoe Brothers won their 12th title during Final Battle 2021 which was the end of the previous era of Ring of Honor. They defeated The OGK to win the titles in a hard-hitting match that landed on many year end ROH lists.
