It was a huge title vs. title match on Friday night at Capital City Championship Combat (C4) Never Say Never, as newly crowned C4 Champion “Speedball” Mike Bailey faced off against C4 Underground Champion Kevin Blackwood in a title vs. title match in the main event. After a grueling battle, it was C4 Champion Bailey reigning supreme once again, adding the C4 Underground title to his trophy case, making him a double champion in C4.
