IMPACT Wrestling returns to AXS TV this Thursday night for two hours of IMPACT on AXS TV. This week’s show will have no shortage of action as Mickie James will defend her Knockouts Title against Madison Rayne. A four-way match to determine the next challenger for Trey Miguel’s X-Division Title, and a big six-man tag match featuring Minoru Suzuki will take place. The action begins at 8 PM EST. The pre-show, Before the IMPACT, begins at 7 PM EST and will feature Brian Myers, VSK, and Zicky Dice taking on Rich Swann, Willie Mack, and Sam Beale. Six-Man Tag Action
Moose kicked off IMPACT last week as the new IMPACT World Champion. Before he could address the IMPACT Zone, Eddie Edwards appeared and assaulted Moose with a kendo stick. After he was removed by security, Moose addressed the IMPACT Zone and his actions at Bound for Glory. Josh Alexander had heard enough and appeared in the ring to Suplex Moose. Minoru Suzuki then appeared and exchanged blows with Alexander. As Moose made his way to the back he was greeted by Matt Cardona. Cardona explained to Moose that he had no respect for the way he won the IMPACT World Title which lead to a brawl between the two.
Scott D’amore announced that Alexander, Cardona, and Edwards will take on Moose and two partners of his choosing. Moose recruited Suzuki and W. Morrissey for his team. The six men will now have a chance to settle their differences in the ring in this massive six-man tag match.
Mickie James Defends Her Knockouts Title Against Madison Rayne
Mickie James addressed the IMPACT Zone last week following her win over Deonna Purrazzo. While she addressed the IMPACT Zone, Madison Rayne made her way to the ring. Madison felt that she will never get the credit she deserves for what she did for the Knockouts Division. She also pointed out that she has held the Knockouts title five times as opposed to James’s four reigns. She challenged James for the title and Mickie accepted. The old rivals will lock up once again as Mickie James defends her Knockouts Title against Madison Rayne this week on IMPACT.
