Halloween has come and gone but the treats nor the tricks stop there as All Elite Wrestling returns with an explosive edition of AEW Dynamite. This edition of the Wednesday night spectacular emanates from the Cable Dahmer Arena in Independence, Missouri. “The American Nightmare” takes on “The Idol” as these two settle the score after last week’s shocking events. “The Queen Slayer” takes on the AEW Women’s World Champion’s assassin Jamie Hayter for a spot in the TBS Championship Tournament semifinal. Last but not least, The resident ass-kicker of AEW Jon Moxley takes on a Freshly Squeezed Orange Cassidy in a Semifinal matchup in the AEW World Title Tournament on this edition of Dynamite.
This is just a taste of what’s to come. Expect nothing less but hard-hitting wrestling action come the middle of the week. It is Wednesday night after all, and you know what that means. Time for some Dynamite! Let’s run it down.

Assassinating “The Queen Slayer”?
Anna Jay put on one hell of a fight against Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D in their grudge match on AEW Rampage a couple of weeks back. She put up quite the effort but with Jamie Hayter and Rebel at ringside, she had the odds working against her. Jay was so close to winning the match but with all the commotion at ringside, Baker capitalized on the opportunity and executed the Lockjaw on Anna which left #99 no choice but to submit. The assault didn’t stop there. They continued to beat down Anna Jay after the bell has already rung. Fortunately for Anna, her TayJay partner, and best friend, Tay Conti would make the save and prevent the trio from inflicting any more significant damage.
This leads us to this Wednesday night. It is quite fitting that Anna and Jamie would meet in the first round of the TBS Women’s Championship Tournament. Hayter practically cost Jay the match and possibly the biggest win in her career. Scores will be settled this Wednesday night as well as a spot in the semifinal. Will Anna Jay get her redemption? Or will Jamie Hayter put down “The Queen Slayer” and secure a spot in the next round?
Straight Into The Lion’s Den
Orange Cassidy and Jon Moxley face off this Wednesday night in a Semifinal matchup to determine who advances in the Finals of the AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament. Both these men have shown everyone how deserving they are to be in this position. Cassidy put up quite the battle against a hulking beast of a man in the form of Powerhouse Hobbs. Moxley on the other hand has a newfound edge and has developed this “take no prisoners” attitude more so than before by brutalizing Dark Order’s 10 on his way to advancing.
Jon is not playing around anymore and he is willing to put everything on the line for the cause. He not only wants it but absolutely needs it. Orange Cassidy will be in for the fight of his life. Make no mistake, Cassidy might be a “cool cat” as they say but he is one heck of a competitor when the going gets tough. Who will win this contrast of not only styles but also demeanor?
