Warrior Wrestling Sweet 16 Full Card
WARHORSE and Beast Man vs. Dan the Dad and KLD
At the final Stadium Series event, an unusual alliance was formed. After WARHORSE defeated Beast Man the two traded patch vest for husk and created an alliance. Now they will team together in Warrior Wrestling for the first time. They will take on the team of Dan the Dad and KLD. Dan the Dad is no stranger to Warrior Wrestling, but he is bringing KLD with him for the first time. This marks the first time the duo have tagged since they challenged for the Freelance Wrestling Tag Titles in December of 2019. The two tag teams will clash at Sweet 16 with plenty of strength and speed between the four of them.
Yokai (Yoya & Janai Kai) vs. Pretty Proper (Victor Benjamin & Lady Frost)
Victor Benjamin and Lady Frost made their Warrior Wrestling debuts during Night 2 of the Stadium Series. Benjamin teamed with Richard Holliday in a losing effort to The Varsity Blondes. Lady Frost also challenged Kylie Rae in a losing effort for the Warrior Wrestling Women’s Title. They will now team up to take on Yokai as they make their Warrior Wrestling debuts. Pretty Proper is looking to welcome Yoya and Janai Kai to Warrior Wrestling and get back on the winning track within the promotion. The fans are in for an exciting tag team match as Yokai takes on Pretty Proper at Sweet 16.
Josh Alexander vs. Calvin Tankman
Josh Alexander will have his hands full next weekend when he cashes in Option C to challenge Christan Cage. Before that match, he will lock up with MLW’s own Calvin Tankman. Tankman scored a big win over Jordan Oliver at Night 2 of the Stadium Series. He looks to carry that momentum into this match against Alexander. Alexander makes his Warrior Wrestling return at Sweet 16. He has not competed for Warrior Wrestling since February of 2020 when he and Ethan Page defeated The Space Pirates in tag team action. Will Alexander gain momentum before his big Bound For Glory match? Or will Tankman continue his Warrior winning streak? Find out on October 16th.
Davey Richards vs. Ace Austin
Davey Richards made his return to the Chicago independent scene at Night 2 of the Stadium Series. He faced Jonathan Gresham in a technical wrestling showcase. He defeated Cole Radrick at Night 1. At Night 2 he was defeated by Dante Martin in a fun matchup. Navarro ended the 2021 Stadium Series by winning the six-way match to earn a future shot at the Warrior Wrestling Championship. Navarro will have his work cut out for him as he takes on the veteran Alex Shelley. It will be veteran vs upstart on October 16th at Sweet 16.
Sam Adonis vs. Moose
Two Warrior Wrestling veterans will square off for the first time ever. Sam Adonis has competed at nearly every Warrior Wrestling show. Most recently he lost to Jay White in a marquee matchup at Night 3 of the Stadium Series. Moose has not competed in Warrior Wrestling since the 2020 Stadium Series where he defeated Suicide. While Moose has been away from the promotion Adonis has been competing against the likes of Matt Cardona, Jake Something, and Lance Archer. Adonis is looking to carry this momentum and welcome Moose back to Chicago Heights on October 16th.
