Against All Odds will air on IMPACT Plus on Saturday, June 12th. Kenny Omega vs. Moose for the IMPACT Wrestling World Championship will main event the show. A new match was made for the event tonight. New Japan legend Satoshi Kojima will take Violent by Design‘s Joe Doering.
The match was made official on this week’s edition of IMPACT on AXS TV. Violent by Design took to the ring to celebrate their successful cash-in of the call your shot trophy to win the IMPACT tag titles. VBD leader Eric Young claimed that VBD was here to take over wrestling all over the world. Kojima took to the ring to answer VBD. Kojima and Joe Doering stared each other down for a moment until Kojima gave the challenge for a match at Against All Odds. He then left the ring letting VBD stew over the challenge.

VBD accepted the challenge for Against All Odds in a backstage segment shortly after they left the ring. IMPACT management made the match official later in the broadcast. Kojima will make his IMPACT in-ring debut next week against VBD member Deaner. His appearance in IMPACT continues the trend of New Japan talent working in IMPACT. He joins fellow New Japan wrestlers FinJuice and El Phantasmo who have been working with IMPACT Wrestling this year.
