Indie Stars Jennacide and Skye Blue Make NWA Debuts

Jennacide & Sky Blue on NWA

After last week’s debut of Alex Gracia in the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) women’s division on NWA Powerrr, this Tuesday saw two more women make their NWA debuts. Florida’s Jennacide and New York City’s Skye Blue made their debuts in tag team action, as the two united to face the team of Thunder Rosa and Alex Gracia. After Kamille, the #1 contender to Serena Deeb‘s NWA World Women Championship, attacked Thunder Rosa, she had a staredown with Jennacide in the middle of the ring.

Jennacide, trained by former SHIMMER star and Shine champion Rain, began her wrestling career in 2016 and slowly worked through American Combat Wrestling (ACW), Shine, and RISE Wrestling. In 2017, she made an appearance on NXT, in a defeat to Sonya Deville. Over the past few years, she’s become a more prominent name on the United States indies as Jenna Van Muscles and recently rebranded as “The Bionic Beast,” Jennacide. She’s been a regular with Mission Pro Wrestling (MPW) and in the fall of 2020, made her All Elite Wrestling (AEW) debut on AEW Dark in a series of tag matches against Diamante and Ivelisse.

Skye Blue has been working her way through the Chicago area scene, where she’s competed for the likes of AAW Pro, Zelo Pro, Pro Wrestling ZERO1 USA, and Chicago Style Wrestling (CSW), and other Midwest indies like Minnesota’s F1rst Wrestling, Pennsylvania’s International Wrestling Cartel (IWC), and MPW in Texas.
