It was revealed this past weekend that Chicago’s Freelance Wrestling and Pro Wrestling Tees, together with IWTV, were throwing an empty arena event to help support the indie wrestlers during this time of financial duress during the rise of the COVID-19 pandemic escalating in the US. Originally slated to be called In Your Ware House, the event has since been renamed Warehouse Wars, after WWE had issues with the original name (as it was a play on the old WWF pay-per-view series entitled In Your House). The event’s date has been revealed to be this coming Saturday, March 21 at 7pm CST/8pm EST and it will air live on IWTV.
Regardless of that situation, the show must go on.

This show will air live this Saturday night & is a direct give back to the wrestling community.

And just as GCW’s Acid Cup has made an Indiegogo available where fans can donate to send money to wrestlers performing, Freelance has also set up a donation option on their official website. It’s a PayPal option, and should any fan want to donate to a particular wrestler, they can add the wrestler’s name in the comments to donate directly.
