Following their triumphant return last year, WSU will look to set the pace and expectations for 2020.

Both of these women are making their WSU debuts at the 13th Anniversary Show! Boink the Clown is your friendly neighborhood clown girl but isn’t afraid to get down and dirty when needed. When she isn’t making children smile, juggling or making balloon animals, Boink is mixing it up in the ring. Other places you can see her wrestle are Side Show Pro, Little People of Wrestling and other circus’ near you! Notorious Mimi is a product of the world-famous Monster Factory. She’s competed for MFPW, Titan Championship Wrestling Entertainment, Stand Alone Pro Wrestling and many others up and down the East Coast.

Karen Bam Bam is coming back with a vengeance at the 13th Anniversary Show. In either singles or tag team competition with Neveah Chantelle, she has yet to pick up a win in WSU. Outside of WSU, Chocolate Thunder plies her tried for the CZW Dojo, Victory Pro Wrestling, Bronx Wrestling Federation, ACPW and recently debuted for Northeast Wrestling. On March 15th, she will “welcome” Little Mean Kathleen to WSU. Kathleen was trained by the Retrosexual, Anthony Greene. She works regularly for Top Rope Pro Wrestling and recently debuted for Beyond Wrestling.

The Ava-Taker is in the house!! All That Ava Everett will be on hand at the 13th Anniversary Show as well. Everett was one of the standouts from last year in WSU and her career has exploded since. She will set her sights on the debuting Paris VanDale. Ms. VanDale will be accompanied by Basic Becca in her WSU debut. Paris recently made her pro debut for Lucky Pro Wrestling earlier this year. While knowledge about her may not be abundant for now, she’s definitely not afraid to throw her pocketbook around.

Gabby Ortiz vs. Veda Scott

Gabby Ortiz will also be making her WSU debut at the 13th Anniversary Show! Trained in the Monster Factory and the ROH Dojo, she’s very well-traveled for her almost three years in wrestling. She’s completed tours for World Wonder Ring Stardom, ROH in their Women of Honor division, MFPW, ECWA, WrestlePro, New England All-Star Wrestling, and many others. Gabby will take on Veda Scott in what appears to be a first-time encounter. Scott is a hustler, working around the globe and hardly staying in one place for more than a few months at a time. She’s been making appearances across the US and Canada after a two-month tour of the UK, Ireland, and Europe in late 2019.

Kasey Catal vs. Corinne Mink

Over her 2019 in WSU, Kasey Catal proved that without a shadow of a doubt, she will do whatever it takes to get to the top. That includes using tactics her partner Delmi Exo wasn’t exactly down with. Catal doesn’t care who or what she has to go through to get what she wants and that’s championship gold. This is a rematch from WSU Thank You for Being A Friend, Kasey walked away with the win that night. Corinne Mink and Kasey Catal also used to be tag team partners, but that has gone by the wayside. The Legit Hoss Golden Girl Mink has begun to spread her wings as she embraces a tougher style of wrestling. She picked up a win over Karen Bam Bam at Just a Bunch of Hocus Pocus as well. In a battle of two future stars, only one will continue their rise at the 13th Anniversary Show.

WSU Spirit Championship Match
Davienne (c) vs. Sonya Strong

In the first of two title matches for the 13th Anniversary Show, we will see Davienne defend the WSU Spirit Championship. Not America’s Sweetheart will have her next challenge in the form of Sonya Strong. In her short reign, Davienne has turned back the challenges of Ava Everett and Kiera Hogan so far. She unseated the dominant Kris Statlander to capture this title at the behest of Mother from the Endless. Davienne is also one half of the Chaotic Wrestling Tag Team Champions with JT Dunn. She’s currently taking the women’s wrestling scene by storm, as well as the East Coast scene in general.

Sonya Strong is a protege of Amazing Red and Brian XL and calls herself the Queen of NYC. A veteran of five years, she is another mainstay in the Northeast. A former House of Glory Women’s Champion, she has seen a lull in her career and is ready to kick it back into gear. Sonya knows she’s gotta earn her way back to the top and isn’t afraid to do the work. She’s picked up wins over Megan Mason and a few others to get this opportunity. Will Sonya see her career rise again with the capturing of the WSU Spirit Championship? Find out during the 13th Anniversary Show!

WSU Championship Match
Brittany Blake (c) vs. Tasha Steelz

Brittany Blake continues her reign as WSU Champion coming into the 13th Anniversary Show. She withstood the challenge of Su Yung and now is ready for her next opponent. Her next challenge will be The Culture Queen, Tasha Steelz. Steelz has taken the women’s wrestling world by storm in 2019 and shows no signs of slowing down. She made her WSU debut at The Reckoning and now is ready for the champ. Tasha has made appearances for NWA and ROH in the last year and was backstage at NXT. Only time will tell where she will show up next and it very well could be with the WSU title on her shoulder.

Please join WSU in celebrating their 13th Anniversary Show on March 15th at the Coliseum in Voorhees, NJ. The show is set to begin at 4:00 PM and will stream live on FITE.TV. You can also view the event on demand at a later date on CZWStudios or IndependentWrestling.TV.
