#AndNEW: Davis Storm Wins the EPW Coastal Championship

Davis Storm

During this weekend’s Going For Broke event for Explosive Professional Wrestling (EPW) Australian wrestling’s ‘Godfather’ Davis Storm kept his career alive by defeating Marcius Pitt to capture the EPW Coastal Championship.

Prior to the event, Marcius Pitt had goaded Storm into risking his entire career by challenging him to a Career vs Championship clash. David Storm was a living legend and veteran of the Australian wrestling scene. Not one to back down, Storm put his almost 20-year career on the line.

Pitt and Storm had a hard-fought back and forth battle. The battle in question also involved outside interference from Pitt’s Untouchables brethren, Damian Slater and Julian Ward. In spite of this, Storm’s utter guts and determination would prevail.

With this victory, Davis Storm captured the EPW Coastal Championship for the first time in his career. This title victory is accompanied by his previous six EPW Heavyweight Championship and three EPW Tag Team Championship reigns.
