Killer Kross and Allysin Kay Announced for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport II

Fans are still reeling from the recent announcement that AEW and NJPW star Jon Moxley (formerly WWE World Champion Dean Ambrose) would be taking part in Game Changer Wrestling (GCW)‘s September card for Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport II, the next in the Bloodsport series of hard-hitting shoot style competition. Moxley is slated to face former UFC Heavyweight Champion Josh Barnett in the main event. In the past 24-hours, Josh Barnett has revealed two more names to the gritty series, in IMPACT Wrestling‘s Killer Kross and former IMPACT Knockout ChampionΒ Allysin KayΒ (akaΒ Sienna), for the special event airing live on PPV at Fite.tv on September 14, 2019.

Killer Kross returns for his second Bloodsport event, having made his series debut earlier this year at the first Josh Barnett event in the franchise (the first one was actually launched with Matt Riddle in 2018). He faced off against Major League Wrestling (MLW) and former NJPW star Davey Boy Smith Jr. in one of the surprise best matches of the night, that showed Kross could compete at an even higher level.

Former IMPACT Knockouts Champion Allysin Kay – also known as Sienna – becomes the first woman to enter the franchise. A scrappy and intense competitor her entire career, the reigning NWA World Women’s Champion and former Shine Champion will be looking to make a statement at Bloodsport II, whether it’s against another woman or against any of the men.

TheΒ BloodsportΒ franchise – which is actually entering its third event (just the second with Barnett) – has seen some of the toughest men in pro wrestling from around the world, including NJPW’s Minori Suzuki, Nick Gage, Matt Riddle, Eddie Kingston, WALTER, Chris Dickinson, Masashi Takeda, Timothy Thatcher and more, not to mention former MMA/UFC stars like Frank Mir, Dan “The Beast” Severn and Dan Baroni.
