#AndNEW: Travis Banks Captures White Wolf Absolute Title

On Sunday night in Madrid, Spain, NXT UK Superstar and UK/New Zealand indie star Travis Banks defeated champion Jason Jupiter and fellow challenger Carlos Romo to become the new White Wolf Wrestling (Triple W) Absolute Champion.

Travis Banks Captures White Wolf Absolute Title

Triple W has emerged as the premier indie promotion in Spain, producing such international recognized stars as A-Kid and Carlos Romo (formerly Adam Chase). Originally No Limits Wrestling (NLW) when founded in 2008, it rebranded as Triple W in 2011 and has become of Europe’s top indie destinations. The Sunday event, Project White Wolf, was co-produced by Trent Seven’s Wolverhampton, England promotion Fight Club: PRO, and featured fellow NXT UK stars Pete Dunne vs A-Kid, and other UK indie stars such as current PROGRESS, RevPro and Westside Xtreme Wrestling (wXw) Tag Team Champions Aussie Open (Mark Davis & Kyle Fletcher) and Sendai Girls Tag Team Champion and former Defiant Wrestling Women’s Champion Millie McKenzie.
