Miz’s Dad, George Mizanin, Crashes AIW Show in Ohio

There’s been a long stream of former WWE Superstars suddenly showing up at indie shows over the years, but on Friday night, it was perhaps the biggest of all (well, maybe). Recently featured at WrestleMania 35, an internet meme viral sensation, and a second-first generation Superstar, George Mizanin – the father of WWE Superstar The Miz – got involved in the action at Absolute Intense Wrestling (AIW)‘s Keep Their Heads Ringin’ in the Mizanin’s hometown of Cleveland, Ohio.

“Papa Miz” interfered on behalf of former WWE Superstar Swoggle and helped fight off  a beat down from Tre LeMar and company.

George Mizanin has been featured predominantly in the current Miz versus Shane McMahon feud, stemming from McMahon’s attack on George at WrestleMania 35.
