#AndNEW: New ICW Tag Team Champions Crowned At The Square Go

At tonight’s Insane Championship 8th Annual Square Go! event, all four of the championships were on the line. One of those titles would go on to change hands as The Kings of Catch duo of Aspen Faith and Lewis Girvan were successful over The Personification of Destruction pairing of Rampage Brown and Ashton Smith, ending The P.O.D’s second reign at 84 days. Needless to say, the reaction was truly something else.

Kings of Catch: New ICW Tag Team Champions Crowned At The Square Go

After joining Stevie Boy and Kay Lee Ray in The Filthy Generation in the latter half of 2017, the fans waited and waited for them to capture the ICW Tag Team Championships. Everyone thought that they were going to earn their title opportunity in that TLC Match at Fear & Loathing XI, the match where Rampage and Ashton came out on top and lifted the gold the very same night. Now though, we can all rest as “The Lost Boy” Aspen Faith and “The Renegade” Lewis Girvan can finally call themselves the ICW Tag Team Champions.

In other notable happenings from the event, Kay Lee Ray retained her Women’s World Championship over NXT UK Women’s Champion Toni Storm, Joe Coffey hung on to the Zero-G Championship with a victory over the debuting Ilja Dragunov, Lionheart defeated Angelico to further his reign as the World Heavyweight Champion, and RUDO Lightning last eliminated Joe Hendry to win his second Square Go! Match, the first man to do so.

The Square Go! will be available to watch on ICW On Demand by Monday afternoon.
