Last night at NXT TakeOver: Phoenix, War Raiders (Raymond Rowe & Hanson) finally found NXT gold on one of their raids, defeating Undisputed Era‘s Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly to become new NXT Tag Team Champions. The match was arguably the Match of the Night, but it was the epic introduction that War Raiders entered to, featuring a War Party of Viking warriors that seemed like something out of the history books (or at least, the groomsmen from Rowe and WWE Superstar Sarah Logan‘s wedding).
Before their huge achievement, they were introduced and marched down to the ring by a Viking War Party in one of the night’s most chilling and cool moments. Triple H mentioned in the media conference call after TakeOver that the Viking War Party consisted of the War Raiders friends, stating “When you have access to Vikings, you use the Vikings.”
…and make war.

While it’s not sure who made up the majority of the Viking warriors in their War Party, there was one warrior who looked rather familiar, with their famous dreadlocks coming out from under her helmet. To the right of the right-hand shield in the photo below, you can see Rowe’s wife, Sarah Logan, dressed for battle.
