Demon Assassin’s Creed: Rosemary Begins Training For Return

Rosemary

Fans of injured Impact Wrestling star Rosemary were treated to some good news from the Demon Assassin herself. She’s recovered from her surgery and is ready to begin training for a return to the ring and go through final medicals for clearance to wrestle again. Rosemary has been out of action since February of this year, when a fluke during a match against Jessicka Havok resulted in her suffering a torn ACL. At the time, it was speculated that she’d be out until November, but it appears she’s ahead of schedule. While it’s doubtful she’d be ready for the upcoming Impact TV tapings in Toronto, Ontario, Canada next week, she could be ready for the following TV tapings in September (which haven’t been announced yet) or most likely a return at Bound For Glory in New York City in mid-October and the subsequent set of tapings. In typical Rosemary fashion of late, she posted the news on her Twitter in her usual cryptic self.

Ever since her debut with Impact Wrestling as part of the trio Decay with Abyss and Crazzy Steve, Rosemary has emerged as not only Impact’s most popular Knockout, but arguably their most popular star period. A former Knockout Champion in her own right, she’s had one of professional wrestling’s most provocative and intriguing characters of the past decade, following a “normal” women’s wrestler on the indies (as Courtney Rush) transform in a possessed “meat suit” known as Rosemary. Her partnership with former 2x Knockouts Champion Allie – that began on the Canadians indies with Smash Wrestling – has resulted in the popular Demon Bunny brand, with the two recently joining the YouTube show game with Welcome to the Multiverse. During her time off, Rosemary has continued to be involved with wrestling, working with one of Impact’s allied partners, RISE Wrestling. She recently guided her faction, Paradise Lost, to becoming the first RISE Tag Team Champions, accompanying her partners Dust (Zoey Skye) and Raven’s Ash (Melanie Cruise) as the latter duo won the inaugural Guardians of RISE titles. Rosemary’s last appearance on Impact Wrestling was her burial at the hands of Su Yung on a May episode of Impact.
