Following this past Tuesday’s edition of Smackdown Live, the road to WrestleMania became a lot more clear as we got the confirmation of several new matches. There’s still expected to be more names announced for the two Battle Royals, both the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal and the inaugural Women’s Battle Royal, plus potentially another match or two for the kick off show.
As usual, Las Vegas has been taking bets on the Showcase of the Immortals for months, long before matches are even officially announced. Online sites such as Spin Palace Sports has Shinsuke Nakamura currently favored to win the WWE Championship (8/15) over AJ Styles (11/8), Roman Reigns is 1/6 to beat Brock Lesnar (10/3) for the Universal Championship, Asuka is 2/9 to beat Charlotte (even) for the Smackdown Women’s Championship and what may be a shock, Nia Jax is favored at 4/11 to beat Alexa Bliss (even) for the Raw Women’s title.
