Harold Fannin Injury Update: Rookie TE’s Status Revealed For Browns-Steelers

Cleveland Browns rookie tight end Harold Fannin is officially questionable with a groin injury, but reports indicate he’ll be just fine for Sunday’s contest. According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Bowling Green product “is good to go” and will suit up against the Pittsburgh Steelers. While this isn’t official, it’s safe to say he will play, barring an unexpected setback.

Harold Fannin Injury Update: Browns TE “Good to Go” Despite Groin Issue

While the Browns themselves have not been too successful this year, Harold Fannin has been a diamond in the rough. Selected in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft, the tight end immediately outplayed his draft capital and has turned into one of the team’s most reliable playmakers. Despite playing with three different starting quarterbacks, the tight end has recorded 70 receptions for 701 yards and five touchdowns through 15 games. He’s had decent success with Shedeur Sanders, as he recorded his first 100-yard game with the fifth-round rookie throwing the ball.

While Cleveland obviously wants to win this game, the Baltimore Ravens will also keep a close eye on the scoreboard throughout the contest. The team is still alive in the playoff race thanks to their 41-24 win over the Green Bay Packers, but their season will be over if the Steelers win this one. Pittsburgh, meanwhile, can clinch the AFC North with a victory. While they cannot earn the bye week, they could rest some of their veterans in Week 18. After all, the winner of the AFC North will automatically be locked into the fourth seed, so why invite the risk of injury when you cannot improve your Wild Card matchup?
