The injury-riddled Tampa Bay Buccaneers have four players with at least 130 snaps at guard, and none of them have done a particularly good job while on the field. Baker Mayfield has the team at 6-2 while in the midst of the best season of his career, but the blocking must improve if this team wants to make a real playoff push.
Kevin Zeitler isn’t the sexiest name on the trade block, but he could be the best fit for this team. The Buccaneers love throwing the ball deep, and teams like this need strong protection for downfield routes to develop. Adding Zeitler should improve Tampa’s aerial attack and create more opportunities in the run game.
