4. New England Patriots
The New England Patriots are one of the league’s biggest surprises. Led by MVP candidate Drake Maye, Mike Vrabel’s squad currently owns a 5-2 record and sits alone atop the AFC East. While Maye and the offense are powering the ship, the defense could use some work. While the unit isn’t a liability, the pass rush needs some help. Harold Landry has played well, but Keion White has not held up his end of the bargain. A Bradley Chubb trade would give New England a much-needed boost on the edge and increase their odds of going on a deep playoff run.
The only question is whether or not the Dolphins would trade Bradley Chubb to one of their biggest divisional rivals. While trades like this aren’t too common, they’re not as rare as they used to be. If New England makes the best offer, Miami will probably send him to a rival.
