4 Teams That Could Sign Titans Released First-Round Bust

1. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers are 3-1 and in the driver’s seat in a surprisingly open AFC North. While this team could probably make the playoffs with its current collection of talent, it’ll need an infusion of offensive firepower to go on a deep playoff run. Aaron Rodgers looks like a shell of his former self, and while D.K. Metcalf has been a great addition, he can’t do it all on his own.

Signing Treylon Burks wouldn’t fix this offense and shouldn’t prevent the team from pursuing a wide receiver trade at the deadline. However, seeing as he’s essentially free, it can’t hurt to kick the tires and see if there’s any gas left in his tank. The Steelers excel at developing wide receivers, so perhaps Burks can finally live up to his talent in a new environment.
