Time: 7 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)
Our final game of NHL predictions has the Montreal Canadiens visiting the Music City to take on the Nashville Predators. Jakub Dobes is the projected starter for the Habs, who are 7-3 in their last 10 games. Montreal has taken its last three games in a row to get into one of the automatic Stanley Cup Playoff spots. Cole Caufield has 44 goals so far this season for the Canadiens.
Juuse Saros is the probable starter for the Predators, who are 6-3-1 in their previous 10 games. However, New Jersey stopped Nashville’s five-game winning streak last time out. The Predators are in the second wild card spot in the West. However, they have a pack of teams on their tail. Ryan O’Reilly is first in assists (42) and points (66) for Nashville.
This game is very important for both teams. However, Montreal gets the victory.
Prediction: Canadiens win 3-2.
Best Bets
We close out NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s go back to our first game for our preferred props. The over/under for the Wild and the Bruins is 6.5, and we like the over in this game.
As far as individual props, take Quinn Hughes to get a power play point for Minnesota. On the Boston side of things, take Morgan Geekie to get an anytime goal.
