NHL Predictions: Nov 23 Calgary Flames vs Vancouver Canucks

Calgary Flames vs Vancouver Canucks

Head-to-Head: Flames 0-1 Canucks

How to Watch:

U.S. TV: ESPN+

Canada TV: Sportsnet; SN1

Time: 9 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EDT)

Tonight’s featured game of NHL predictions has the Vancouver Canucks hosting the Calgary Flames. We’ll probably see Dustin Wolf get the start after Devin Cooley got the call in a 3-2 shootout win over the Dallas Stars on Saturday night. Calgary is 5-4-1 in the last 10 games, including victories in three of the last five games. Nazem Kadri is tops in assists (12) and points (16) so far for the Flames.

Kevin Lankinen is the probable starter for the Canucks, who are 3-5-2 in the last 10 games. This includes losses in five of the last six games entering this Pacific Division matchup. Vancouver has the worst penalty kill in the league, with only a 68.1 percent success rate. Kiefer Sherwood is the surprise goal-scoring leader with 12 goals so far this season.

Both teams are at the bottom of the division heading into this game. Vancouver should pick up the win at home.

Prediction: Canucks win 3-1.

Prop Bets of the Night

We close out NHL predictions with some prop bets of the night. Let’s stay with our featured game for our preferred props. The over/under for the Flames versus the Canucks is 5.5, and we like the under in this game.

As for individual props, take Blake Coleman to score a goal for Calgary. On the Vancouver side of things, take Elias Pettersson (the forward) to get the over on 0.5 points.
