A Playing Style More Suited to Hemir

It has not gone unnoticed on Wearside that 21-year-old Luis Hemir has struggled to adapt to the English game since joining from Benfica last summer. Featuring 24 times in all competitions since joining the Black Cats, the striker has failed to score or provide an assist.

We hope this move will enable him to play regularly and look forward to monitoring his progress.”
