This is a Chelsea predicted lineup for their upcoming Premier League clash with Sean Dyche’s Everton. The Blues are coming into this off the back of a dreadful defeat to Manchester United and will be hoping to rebound and keep touch with the European spots.

How Chelsea Have Lined Up Recently
Robert Sanchez has been the unchallenged number one between the sticks, despite his increasingly poor ball distribution. The back four has been shifted and changed around in recent weeks with Marc Cucurella, Levi Colwill, Axel Disasi, Benoit Badiashile, Thiago Silva, and Reece James also stepping in at some point in the past few fixtures.
Lesley Ugochukwu stepped into the double pivot for one match but otherwise Moises Caicedo and Enzo Fernandez have been cemented in those two spots. Mykhailo Mudryk, Cole Palmer, Raheem Sterling, and Conor Gallagher have set up as the attacking midfielders. Nicolas Jackson has been the first choice striker, although his woeful performance in midweek could see him dropped.
Chelsea Recent Form and Tactics
Mauricio Pochettino has been unshakeable in his use of the 4-2-3-1, a system which has currently landed his team a spot in tenth. Recent form has been very mixed with a 4-1 defeat to Newcastle and a 2-1 loss at Old Trafford erasing the positive energy of a win over Brighton & Hove Albion and the stellar draw with Manchester City.

After being a strong defensive team early on in the campaign, Pochettino’s side have started to look leaky at the back with their last clean sheet coming over a month ago in the Carabao Cup against Blackburn Rovers. For just the Premier League, you’d have to go back to their derby with Fulham for the last time they stopped the opposition from scoring.
Chelsea Injuries to Consider
The injured list doesn’t get much shorter for the Blues with eight players still sidelined according to their latest injury update. Romeo Lavia, Christopher Nkunku, Malo Gusto, Trevoh Chalobah, Ben Chilwell, Carney Chukwuemeka, Wesley Fofana, and Lesley Ugochukwu are all unavailable for this contest.
In some positive(?) news, Noni Madueke is off the list and seems fit to play after a brief absence from the squad.
