Mbappe Transfer Saga So Far: From Real Madrid’s Interest to That of United, Chelsea, and Spurs
It is probably the worst-kept secret in football that Real Madrid have long admired the world-class talent that is Kylian Mbappe. The Paris Saint-Germain man was subject to a £171 million bid from the Spanish club in the summer of 2021 and their interest continues to run to this day.

However, Mbappe signed a new deal with PSG last summer, signalling his intent to remain at the club until 2025. The French forward has since made it clear he will not stay beyond the end of the 2023/24 campaign.
The fallout from this contract dispute with PSG has led to the French club telling the 24-year-old superstar that he has to leave the club this summer if he doesn’t pen a new deal by July 31, as they do not want to lose the player on a free transfer next year.
Now, though, there is said to be the possibility of a loan, with United, Chelsea, and Spurs all considering this option, according to journalist Pete Hall.

The report states that 24-year-old’s entourage has “refused any discussions with representatives of the Al-Hilal club” who were present in Paris on Wednesday, July 26.
The representatives were reportedly in the French capital completing a deal for Brazilian winger Malcolm and were not given the opportunity to discuss the deal with Mbappe, who “never considered” the Saudi Pro League club as an option.
With Al-Hilal, and indeed any club from Saudi Arabia now out of the question, it remains to be seen if any team will come in for the Frenchman this summer with the striker available for free at the end of the season.
