Liverpool Interested in Levi Colwill Signing
What Colwill Must Do for Liverpool Move
The Englishman made 22 appearances for the Seagulls in the previous campaign, helping them punch above their weight and secure historic qualification for the UEFA Europa League for the 2023/24 season.

Romano reaffirms that Liverpool are 100 per cent interested in signing Colwill, but realises that a transfer can be extremely complicated. It’s added that Chelsea consider the 20-year-old as a crucial player for the future and have no plans on selling him anytime soon.
It’s stated that the only way that a possible transfer can happen is that if he personally pushes for a move to Anfield and asks the Blues to let him leave in the summer. Brighton are also reported to be eager to re-sign the English centre-back on a permanent deal and they had a £30 million bid rejected by the London giants for him earlier in the summer window.
Romano adds that the Reds are in the market to sign a new defender and midfielder in the summer window after having signed Alexis Mac Allister and Dominik Szoboszlai so far.
How Can Colwill Fit In at Liverpool?
Colwill is coming off an amazing summer, as he was part of the England U21 side that won the UEFA U21 European Championship. He is due to report for Chelsea’s pre-season training under Mauricio Pochettino soon unless the youngster pushes for a transfer.

The 20-year-old can be a solid fit for Jurgen Klopp’s side. He knows how to distribute the ball around swiftly and is a really proactive centre-back who does not give space for the opposition forwards to manoeuvre through. Brighton manager Roberto de Zerbi was really impressed with him last season and hailed him for his ‘fantastic improvement’ at the club after their win over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium last season.
Colwill looks set for big things in the future, but it remains to be seen if it’s with Chelsea or any other club.
