Romano states that the centre-back will be having discussions with Ten Hag about his role at the club going forward. It’s stated that there is still a chance that Maguire leaves Old Trafford in the summer – even though no club has yet made an offer to sign him.

Maguire will seemingly need to play regular football to be a mainstay in the England national team leading to Euro 2024. There is a feeling that he could be sold by United. The 30-year-old has made 175 appearances for the Red Devils in his career, winning only the Carabao Cup title last season.
