Gabon Striker to Bolster the Blues
Despite late interest from the red half of Manchester, it seems Aubameyang is intent on moving to West London, with the offer of Champions League football seemingly the deciding factor.
Chelsea have not yet reached an agreement with Barcelona over a fee for the striker, and according to Relevo, the La Liga club wants roughly £21 million for their striker. There is also an option to include Marcos Alonso in the deal, but according to Romano, the Catalan giants prefer for the deals to be discussed separately.
With the Summer transfer window closing on September 1st at 23:00, it looks like Chelsea are determined to bring in a new striker after losing Romelu Lukaku and Timo Werner this window. Barcelona are in the midst of well-documented financial struggles, which will make the West London club optimistic they can strike a reasonable deal for the ex-Arsenal striker. However, with time running out this window it remains to be seen whether the striker will get the move to Stamford Bridge he wants.

What the Ex-arsenal Striker Will Bring to Stamford Bridge
Aubameyang would bring a proven goalscoring record to Chelsea, combined with his excellent movement and explosive speed, seemingly making him a great fit for the Chelsea team and their style of play. The Gabon international had his most prolific seasons playing for Thomas Tuchel at Borussia Dortmund, scoring 56 goals in 63 Bundesliga appearances under the German. He then made a successful move to the Premier League to Arsenal, where he tallied 92 strikes in 163 appearances.
With Chelsea only managing five goals in four games so far in the 2022/23 campaign, a striker with proven goal-scoring ability in the Premier League might just be what the club needs.
