According to Premier League rules, the Old Trafford hierarchy must register the player before noon on Friday, August 19th, 2022 if he is to play against Liverpool. In a report by Jose Felix Diaz, he reveals that there is just the midfielder’s medical – a formality – standing in his way before he joins the Red Devils.
