Manchester United can look to move out Brandon Williams before the end of the summer transfer window, reports Fabrizio Romano. The 21-year-old has not featured at all under Erik ten Hag so far and does not seem to have a future at Old Trafford anymore.
Manchester United to Decide on Future of Brandon Williams and Aaron Wan-Bissaka
Williams Could Be Set to Leave for the Right Offer
The English full-back could be moving out of Old Trafford in the next few weeks or so. The Red Devils are still awaiting to receive solid transfer proposals and are open to the prospect of offloading him.
Williams spent last season on loan at Norwich City and featured prominently for the Canaries. He made 26 appearances for them and was praised by their fans too, but could not help the side avoid relegation. A lot has happened for the 21-year-old since he got his breakthrough into the senior United squad under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

He made 36 appearances for the Manchester giants in the 2019/20 season, filling in for the injured Luke Shaw. Willliams’ hard-working style impressed many, including club legend Gary Neville who claimed: “he has that look in his eye of someone that would eat his opponent’s nose to win the match.”
However, he was unable to maintain his good work in the 2020/21 campaign and has been discarded since Solskjaer’s departure.
United Also Looking to Offload Wan-Bissaka
Williams is not the only full-back who the Red Devils are hoping to get rid of before the end of the transfer window. Alex Telles seems destined to join Sevilla on loan and Aaron Wan-Bissaka, who was United’s first-choice right-back under the Norwegian, is now also on the transfer list.
Romano adds that the Englishman is another player who can be sold in the next few weeks, with the Manchester giants currently waiting to make a final decision on both players’ future in the coming days. Wan-Bissaka made a few appearances in United’s pre-season but was unable to impress Ten Hag.

With Diogo Dalot now a first-choice right-back for the Red Devils, they are open to letting go of the former Crystal Palace player. In fact, the Eagles were reportedly considering a loan move for him earlier this summer, but that has since gone cold. With the transfer window ending on August 31, United will hope to settle the future of these two players soon.
