His undenied success in Europe is approaching its end.

A Storied Career

Vidal has quite an impressive résumé. Since 2011, he’s played for four of Europe’s most storied clubs. This list includes Juventus, Bayern Munich, Barcelona, and Inter Milan.

Juventus used to feature the “MVP” midfield. This included Claudio Marchisio, Andrea Pirlo, and Paul Pogba as well. The “V” in “MVP” stood for Vidal, showing his importance on the squad. He won four Serie A titles, two Italian Super Cups, and one Coppa Italia with Juventus.

More success followed at Bayern. While in Germany, Vidal won three Bundesliga titles, two German Super Cups, and one German Cup.

Barcelona was no different either, and Vidal won a La Liga title and a Spanish Super Cup.

After a taste of Germany and Spain, Vidal returned to Italy with Inter before the 2019/20 season. He currently plays there and doesn’t always start, but his leadership is vital to the team. He’s won one league title and one Italian Super Cup with the team. Inter remains in the hunt for another Serie A title as well as a Coppa Italia title this season.

Vidal was very successful on the international scene as well, winning two Copa America titles with Chilé. The South American country has been a legitimate threat in many international tournaments during his time.

In short, success followed Vidal in his European ventures.
