It has been a busy day in League Two as both Leyton Orient and Carlisle United have let go of their managers.
After a 3-0 loss to Swindon Town, Keith Millan has agreed to leave Carlisle by mutual effect after only four months in charge.
It was a similar fate for Kenny Jackett at Leyton Orient as he was sacked after suffering a 2-0 loss at home to Bristol Rovers.
Orient host Carlisle in their next fixture which can only be described as a relegation six-pointer for both sides.

Massive Fixture for Both Clubs
Carlisle have brought back a familiar face in Paul Simpson. A local hero, Simpson was player-manager at Carlisle between 2003 and 2006. Despite major financial troubles he amazingly guided the team from the Conference into League One.
💙 We are delighted to announce that Cumbrian lad Paul Simpson has come home to take charge of first-team affairs until the end of the current campaign.

Chairman Andrew Jenkins believes that Simpson is the perfect man for team safety. Speaking to carlisleunited.co.uk he said: “It doesn’t need me to say that Paul is hugely respected both in Carlisle and across the football world.
“He’s a Carlisle fan, he knows the club, and he knows what it means to the fans.
“He also knows this is a difficult task, but his knowledge, experience and passion will be a huge asset to the dressing room and the club.
“We hope everyone will get behind him and the players through what is a hugely important period.”
Simpson will take charge of first-team affairs until the end of the season.
In recent times, Simpson managed the England U20 side. He led the likes of Lewis Cook, Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Fikayo Tomori to World Cup glory in 2017.
Simpson will look to pull off another miracle for the Cumbrians. The team currently lie in 22nd position in League Two, winning just six games all season.
Leyton Orient have given temporary charge to Matt Harrold following Jackett’s sacking. Harrold, a former forward for Orient, joined the coaching staff at the start of this season after retiring.

Harrold has only managed once before, taking charge of Crawley Town for one game in 2016/17 as caretaker manager.
Alongside Harrold will be the O’s Academy Manager Brian Saah.
Orient’s Chairman Nigel Travis has urged O’s fans to get behind the team for the weekend fixture. Speaking to leytonorient.com he said: “Both Matt and Brian have a close connection to the club, and I encourage you all to be loud and proud this Saturday at the Breyer Group Stadium and really get behind the team.
Both Teams Looking to Put a Bad Run Behind Them
Carlisle prepare to travel to East London this weekend to face the O’s. Both teams will want to get back to winning ways as soon as possible.
Orient have failed to win a match since December 7. Their last win came when they dismantled Swindon 4-1. Before this, the O’s had only lost three games in League Two this season.
The O’s form since Christmas has seen them plummet down the table. They currently sit in 18th, just five points behind Carlisle.
Harrold will look to get the best out of his new side and claim a vital three points on the weekend.
Carlisle are without a win in eight games and will look to rectify their form against the O’s. United have slipped behind league strugglers Oldham Athletic who have been resurrected since John Sheridan has returned to the club.
With both sides having new faces on the sidelines, it will be a must-watch at Brisbane Road on Saturday with a win having the potential to turn either team’s season around.
