Everton winger Bernard is subject to late interest from Roma on a permanent basis according to Sky Sports.
The late bid is set to be around the €7 million mark and comes after the Italian side allowed Justin Kluivert leave on loan to RB Leipzig for the rest of the season. However, they are finding it difficult to re-sign Stephan El Shaarawy from Shanghai Shenhua on loan.

It is yet to be known if the top of the table leaders are going to allow the 28-year-old to move to the Italian capital, but he has found game time hard under Carlo Ancelotti.
