A number of League One clubs have publically expressed their demand for the season to be fully completed.

Six Clubs Demand League’s Completion
Owners at six League One clubs have called for the EFL to complete the current season.
The teams include Fleetwood Town, Sunderland, Portsmouth, Peterborough United and Ipswich Town.
Oxford United, who would be promoted if a weighted points-per-game (PPG) system was used, have also backed the motion.
In a series of Tweets, Posh owner Darragh MacAnthony said there is a collective agreement to finish the season among clubs.
He said: “I have been asked to relay this message on behalf of Oxford United, Fleetwood Town, Portsmouth, Sunderland, Ipswich Town, Peterborough United to the EFL & the media ahead of the our Sky Bet League One meeting tomorrow morning [sic].
“We as a collective are United in our goal to finish this season. We have no desire for voiding the season, PPG scenario’s/letting a computer decide our footballing fate.
“For our fans/staff & for the integrity of our sport we are all looking forward to completing our pending – Fixtures/season under guidance from the EFL at a time it is deemed safe to do so. Thank you for your time [sic]”

Posh Owner Threatens EFL With Legal Action
United owner MacAnthony has repeatedly threatened the EFL with legal action if his side’s chances of promotion are scrapped.
Posh were sixth, three points behind second-placed Rotherham when football was suspended due to coronavirus.
Turning to Twitter, MacAnthony threatened to open a legal case “of epic proportions”.
He said: “Three points from second place, the best goal difference in the division, nine games left, five at home with one of the best home records in the division and seven games against teams in the bottom 11, and these owners think we would take these alleged decisions about to happen/get voted on according to the press lying down?
“Not a chance. Prepare for a legal battle of epic proportions and that won’t just be from our club, trust me on that.”
PPG Table to Determine Promotion Spots
Coventry City sit atop League One by five points after a stellar season; Rotherham (2nd) and Oxford United (3rd) would be promoted alongside the Sky Blues if the preferred weighted PPG table was used.
The table would take into account the average points accumulated by clubs individually at home and on the road.
They are then combined, using the remaining fixtures, to provide a rough indication as to their likely finish.
