Arsenal have reluctantly agreed to listen to offers for their captain according to reports. Barcelona, who are looking for extra firepower, could make a move in January. Luis Suarez is currently struggling for form and is not getting any younger. Also, summer signing Antoine Griezmann is still adapting to his new surroundings.
Kylian Mbappe to Liverpool?
Liverpool and Real Madrid are set to do battle for Kylian Mbappe if reports are to be believed. Mark Taylor of the Daily Star states that European Champions Liverpool are plotting a £215 million bid for the French star. However, Real Madrid have made the forward a priority signing. The two European giants could be set to go head to head.
Liverpool’s stock has risen considerably since Jurgen Klopp’s arrival. They are European Champions and are battling Manchester City for the Premier League title. The Reds have spent little recently and could afford a world record fee and wages for Mbappe.

James Rodriguez to the Premier League?
Jack Figg of the Sun is reporting that James Rodriguez will leave Real Madrid in January, and his destination could be the Premier League. Rodriguez finished a two-year loan deal at Bayern Munich in the summer. The German giants decided against signing the Colombian on a permanent deal.
Rodriguez has featured for Madrid this season. However, he is free to leave in January. Manchester United are reportedly interested with Madrid keen to do a deal which would include Paul Pogba moving to Spain.
Chelsea and Arsenal could also make a move for the 28-year-old. However, Wolverhampton Wanderers could also be interested. According to El Desmarque, they have been offered the player. Like the Manchester United deal, Madrid want a player in return. In Wolves’ case it would Ruben Neves.
