UFC Fight Night Dec. 3 Betting Preview
This Saturday’s fights are listed below with recently posted odds from DraftKings Sportsbook:
- Stephen Thompson +110 vs. Kevin Holland -130 (Welterweight)
- Bryan Barberena +340 vs. Rafael dos Anjos -425 (Welterweight)
- Matheus Nicolau -320 vs. Matt Schnell +265 (Flyweight)
- Tai Tuivasa +155 vs. Sergei Pavlovich -180 (Heavyweight)
- Derek Brunson +120 vs. Jack Hermansson -140 (Middleweight)
- Eryk Anders +170 vs. Kyle Daukaus -200 (Middleweight)
Eryk Anders has lost back-to-back matches, he’s 35 and although Kyle Daukaus has proved inconsistent, he’s 29 and a clear favorite.
Derek Brunson started the year on a five-fight win streak. That ended in February and he’s now 38 and facing 34-year-old Jack Hermansson coming off a win by unanimous decision.
It took less than a minute for Heavyweight contender Sergei Pavlovich to win his last fight by TKO in July. In the meantime, Tai Tuivasa got knocked out at UFC Paris in September. That said, Tuivasa did win five in a row by knockout ahead of that fight.
Matheus Nicolau is coming off a win by unanimous decision and looking for his sixth win in a row. Matt Schnell won by technical submission in his last fight, but he’s been inconsistent lately.
Bryan Barberena has won three in a row and Rafael dos Anjos fell just short of that thanks to a fifth-round knockout in his last fight. That said, Dos Anjos is a former champ with the experience edge.
Kickboxer Stephen Thompson has lost two decisions in a row and now faces Kevin Holland, who submitted in the first round of his fight versus Khamzat Chimaev at UFC 279 this past September.
Both fighters have lost going to the ground recently, so you can expect this one to be decided standing up.
