The Clippers will be without Paul George (knee) for a second consecutive game. They are coming off a 16-point home loss to Sacramento in which the Clips missed 19 of 27 three-point attempts.
In the last meeting with the Lakers on Jan. 23, the Clippers won 127-116. Kawhi Leonard recorded a triple-double, with 25 points, 11 rebounds, and 10 assists. and James Harden notched a double-double with 23 points and 10 assists.
The Lakers are coming off a 10-point loss to Phoenix. LeBron James finished with 28 points, 12 assists and seven rebounds. His squad needs to bounce back with Denver, OKC, Sacramento, Milwaukee, and Minnesota on the upcoming schedule to open the month of March.

This should be a spirited clash between the rivals, who both need an important win to erase recent inconsistency and maintain playoff seedings. The Lakers and their opponents have surpassed the projected total in their last six games.
