I’d be a little surprised if Longwood managed to keep this game close at all.

This is absolutely a massive number, and I think for that reason this is a pretty clear stay-away game, but if I had to pick a side in this one, I’d take Houston’s. The Cougars are simply the better team by a sizable amount in all facets, and have faced extremely stiff competition all season and have the one-seed to show for it.
Longwood rank 162nd in NET Rating, have the 258th-ranked strength of schedule, and really don’t have a way to throw Houston’s methodical play off balance. The Cougars only allowed 57 points per game this season and were able to just beat a steady drum against their opponents most of the time. Eventually, Houston is going to string together enough points to cover this large spread over the second half of the game, where their depth will really come into play, and the 16th-seed Lancers are just not equipped to handle that.
