Mo Bamba Signs With the Orlando Magic
Over his 4-year NBA career, Mo Bamba has only played for the Orlando Magic. He has put up 7.7 points and 6.1 rebounds per game for his career. He was originally drafted in the first round, 6th overall of the 2018 NBA draft by the Orlando Magic. Last season he scored 10.6 points and 8.1 rebounds for the Orlando Magic. The Magic and Bamba were able to agree to a deal despite the Magic not offering a qualifying offer.

Multiple teams had reported interest in Bamba before the Magic re-signed their former draft pick. Bamba started 69 of his 71 games played for Orlando this season, after starting a combined 6 games over his first three seasons.
What This Means for the Future
Bamba was a steady presence at the center position for the Magic. He suited up for a career-high 71 games, silencing questions about his injury struggles in his first three seasons. Bamba can also space the floor from an elite level, shooting a career-high 38 percent from three on four attempts per game.
