The 2024 NBA Draft Combine is less than two weeks away, and now we know most of the participants. The league disclosed the names of 78 players invited to attend, and the Combine will take place from May 12 to 19.

2024 NBA Draft Combine Invitees And Who The NBA Says Are The Top 10 Draft Prospects
In addition to the 78 players the NBA invited, the League is expected to add a few standout players from the G-League Elite Camp, which takes place in Chicago right before the Draft Combine. Last year, eight players from the G-League Elite Camp were invited to the NBA main draft event.
Not all the prospects invited to the combine will remain in the 2024 draft pool. Some of the invitees are early entrants who are testing the waters while retaining their NCAA eligibility. College players must withdraw from the draft by the end of the day on May 29 to maintain eligibility. Meanwhile, non-college players face a decision deadline of June 16.
One player, Creighton senior Ryan Kalkbrenner, announced on Wednesday that he plans to return to the Bluejays for a fifth season. So. it’s unclear if he’ll continue to go through the pre-draft process.

Changes To The 2024 NBA Draft Combine
Before getting to the players who were invited, the NBA and the NBPA agreed to a few changes in their latest Collective Bargaining Agreement. Here is a look at the most important details of these changes.
A player who is invited to attend the NBA Draft Combine must do so unless the league excuses them. If a player who is not excused does not attend, he is ineligible to be selected to be drafted in this year’s event. Players will be excused from the Draft Combine if their FIBA season is ongoing, they are injured, or they are dealing with a family matter.
Players who attend the draft combine must undergo physical exams, share medical history, participate in strength, agility, and performance testing, participate in shooting drills, receive anthropometric measurements, and conduct interviews with teams and the media. However, participation in scrimmages will be optional.
Medical results from the combine will be distributed to select teams based on where the player is projected to be drafted. Only teams drafting in the top 10 would get access to medical info for the projected No. 1 pick; teams in the top 15 would receive medical info for players in the 2-6 range, while teams in the top 25 would get access to information for the players in the 7-10 range.
