Devin Booker scored 35 points in the first meeting of the season with the Hornets, a 16-point win on Dec. 29. He scored 23 in the loss to Boston, his second game back after missing four games with a recent ankle injury.
Rookie Vasilije Micic has stood out for the Hornets while LaMelo Ball remains out with an ankle injury. He scored a career-high 25 points against Memphis and has totaled seven-plus assists in each of his last three games.
Phoenix has won three of its last five games overall. The Suns are a half-game behind the No. 6 spot in the Western Conference.
