The Sacramento Kings have agreed to sign unrestricted free agent power forward Zach Randolph to a contract worth $24 over two years. The contract cannot be officially signed until the end of the NBA’s moratorium period on July 6th.
Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN broke the news on Tuesday afternoon:

Zach Randolph Agrees to Two-Year Contract With Sacramento Kings
Randolph’s contract will take him through the end of the 2018-19 season.
Randolph averaged 14.1 points and 8.2 rebounds per game this past season while playing for the Memphis Grizzlies. He was moved to the sixth man role early on in the year. It was new for him, as Randolph had been a starter throughout his career. He eventually got his starting job back during the Grizzlies’ playoff series against the San Antonio Spurs. He played well in Memphis’s lone postseason matchup as they lost in six games. Randolph has been mostly healthy as of late, playing in 141 games the past two years. That is very good for an older player who has to take games off to rest; Randolph will turn 36 years old later this month.
Randolph is a veteran big who will help out inside a lot next season for Sacramento. He is a good scoring big who plays hard inside and puts a physical toll on opposing big men. The Kings will need Randolph to make up for some of the inside scoring lost from the trade of DeMarcus Cousins to New Orleans last trade deadline. He joins George Hill, whom the Kings also agreed to terms with this afternoon, as the veteran leader of a young, rebuilding team.
Randolph is reunited with his former coach Dave Joerger. Randolph spent eight seasons with the Memphis Grizzlies, seven of which included Joerger as either the head coach or assistant coach.
Randolph is going into his 17th season. He only has a few more years left in the league, but he still is a quality player. Randolph has played for a number of teams in his career after starting it off with the Portland Trail Blazers. The Blazers selected Randolph with the 19th pick in the 2001 NBA Draft.
